Resource tables from Fort Bragg organizations and community partners provided attendees with information on services supporting mental, emotional, physical and financial wellness during the Employee Assistance Program Wellness Resource Fair on Aug. 14 at the Soldier Support Center.

Rather than focusing on a single aspect of health, the fair emphasized the connection held between different areas of wellness and the role each can play in an individual’s life.“Because wellness is interconnected, addressing mental, emotional, physical and financial health together provides a more balanced foundation that supports long-term resilience,” Williams said.For event organizers, the value of the fair was not simply bringing people through the doors but helping these community members make meaningful connections with resources they can continue to use year-round. Organizers also encouraged community members who may not currently feel they need assistance to become familiar with the available resources, just in case.
