How A Mouldy House Became A Sustainable Sanctuary, Thanks To Savvy Renovation

Retrofitting an old home to meet today’s sustainable standards is no easy feat, hence why many Passive House certified projects are new buildings.
But this once mould-ridden 1990s house in Melbourne’s inner west, transformed by HèHè Design and Carland Constructions, is pushing the boundary one step further.
Step inside the project, believed to be the first certified EnerPHit retrofit of a volume-built home in Australia.
