When interior stylist Tim Neve first stepped inside this art deco warehouse in Newcastle, it was a crumbling shell of its former self, with a dirt floor.
Despite this, he decided to buy the building and embarked on a two-year-long renovation project, dubbed ‘Hipwell Haus’, chronicling this labour of love on Instagram.
Working on one room at a time, he’s slowly but surely transformed the property with layers of earthy materials, designing the playful interiors as a homage to the home’s storied past!
