A newly published study from the Journal of Food Science suggests that eating fermented foods could improve your sleep. By analyzing 61 sleep studies over the past two decades, researchers found that fermented foods like kimchi, kombucha, kefir, cheeses, and more, due to the relationship between the gut and brain.
