Women’s Wellness Social to offer free evening of health and self-care in Fulton

FULTON — Oswego Health and Oswego County Opportunities (OCO) are inviting community members to attend the Women’s Wellness Social, a free evening focused on women’s health, wellness, and self-care, on Oct. 1 from 5-7 p.m. at Fulton Medical Center.The event will bring together local health and wellness organizations for an uplifting, community-centered evening featuring wellness talks, health screenings, movement activities, an oxygen bar, refreshments, giveaways, and opportunities to connect with local resources.
