Fashion Fitness Swim returns to Houston to promote Men’s Health and Wellness

Fashion, fitness, and wellness take center stage this weekend as Houston hosts the annual Fashion Fitness Swim event in recognition of Men’s Health Month.
The event uses fashion, fitness, and storytelling to spark conversations about men’s mental, emotional, and physical health while encouraging participants to prioritize their overall well-being. Organizers say the goal is to create a welcoming space where men feel seen, heard, and supported.
In addition to the runway and fitness experiences, the event highlights local entrepreneurs, artists, and community leaders through wellness-focused programming designed to reduce stigma and strengthen community connections.
The event takes place at Post HTX July 11 at 7 PM.
