When interior designer Kate Challis (of Kate Challis Interiors) bought this elegant 1800s Melbourne terrace, it looked like a ‘typical’ boarding house — run down and in need of a renovation.
With some digging into the property’s history, Kate restored the facade to its former glory and completely reimagined the interiors to create a modern take on the classy residence.
